Biz Hub Rental Guidelines
Member Priority:This space is offered first to members in good standing at discounted rates. Non-member pricing is available.
Catering & Alcohol
Catering:Â Outside catering is permitted. No on-site cooking allowed.
Preference is given to Chamber member caterers, and we encourage renters to support fellow members whenever possible.Alcohol: Must be served by a licensed and insured caterer or bartender. Renter is responsible for obtaining any required City of Sandy Springs permits.
Insurance
Renters must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the Greater Perimeter Chamber as additionally insured.
All vendors brought on-site must be disclosed and approved prior to the event.
Condition of Space
Renters must return the space and property in the same condition received, reasonable wear and tear excepted.
Renters are responsible for repairing or reimbursing for any damage incurred during their rental period.
Financial Terms
Rental Fees:
Biz Hub:Â $500 for a 5-hour block (members) / $1,000 (non-members).
After-Hours (past 5:30 PM, out by 8:00 PM):Â $750 plus a $200 employee fee.
This rate also covers a 5-hour block, including setup and breakdown.
Conference Room: $50/hour (members) / $100/hour (non-members). Complimentary for GPC Chairman’s Circle members.
Payment:Â Full payment is required prior to the event.
Cancellation Policy:
30+ days prior: Full refund
14–29 days: 50% refund
Fewer than 14 days: No refund
Scheduling & Timing
Rentals are available Monday–Thursday. Fridays are available by request or for Chairman’s Circle members.
One rental per day, up to 5 hours.
The 5-hour rental block includes setup and takedown time, unless otherwise specified.
Staffing & Support
A Chamber representative (or designee) will be on-site during the event.
Renter must designate a point-of-contact for the duration of the event.
AV Support:Â Renters provide their own operator unless other arrangements are made.
Preference will be given to Chamber member vendors when AV support is arranged through the Chamber.Photography & Marketing
The Chamber may capture photos or video during events for promotional use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
